Orders are shipped on the Tuesday following purchase. Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 1-6 business days
• EU: 8-19 business days
• U.S.: 12-24 business days.

If your mousepad arrives damaged, scratched, or incorrect, please email [email protected], and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. We want you to love your product!

Our mousepads are 30.5 x 15.5 inches (82 x 42 cm), giving you plenty of space for your mouse and keyboard. At the moment, we don't offer custom sizes, but let us know if you'd like to see different options in the future!

To keep your mousepad in top shape, gently wipe it with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and rinse lightly. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging it in water. Let it air dry completely before using it again.

We accept all major credit cards. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible! Once it's been processed for shipping, we won’t be able to make changes.
